We want you to be confident in TaxSetAside. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Our order process and billing are conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
2. Email us at contact@swiftfigures.com with your order number and we'll coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or the Paddle customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you'll continue to have access for the remainder of the period you've already paid for. Cancellation alone is not a refund — request one separately using the steps above if you're within the 30-day window.

Outside the 30-day window

Refund requests received more than 30 days after the original order date are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. For ongoing subscription renewals, please cancel before the next billing date to avoid being charged.
